Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Web APIs, system design, and AI-assisted software development. The candidate will be expected to drive technical solutions, mentor developers, participate in architecture discussions, and contribute to product scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend solutions using .NET Core.
- Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs.
- Design database schemas and optimize SQL Server performance.
- Apply OOP principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Lead complex technical implementations and feature development.
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Technical
- Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET and C#.
- Strong SQL Server design and optimization skills.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Web APIs and microservices concepts.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.
- Experience with Git
- Understanding of scalable application architecture.
AI Productivity
- Strong experience using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create structured prompts for:
- Solution design
- Code generation
- Refactoring
- Root cause analysis
- Documentation
- Test generation
- Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated solutions.
- Ability to coach team members on AI-assisted development practices.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Distributed cache such as Redis
